Privacy Policy
The short version
- We keep as little as we can, and delete it on a clock, automatically.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Lookups you paid for are deleted within 30 days. Unpaid ones within 24 hours.
- A shared location is deleted within 24 hours.
- You can ask us to delete everything, or to suppress a number, and we will.
What we collect from you
- The numbers you look up. Held against an opaque report id, never put in a URL.
- Your email, if you buy. It carries your receipt, the trial reminder and your sign-in link.
- The last four digits of your card, so you can cancel from a bank statement with no account.
- Basic analytics: page views, whether a lookup happened, whether you subscribed. It tells us which ads work.
We never see or store your card number. The payment form belongs to our processor, not to us.
How long we keep it
- Lookups you did not pay for: 24 hours.
- Reports you paid for: 30 days, so you can go back to them.
- A location someone shared with you: 24 hours.
- A consent link: 1 hour, and it works only once.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
These are enforced by a job that actually deletes the rows. A retention policy nobody runs keeps everything, so ours runs.
If someone looked YOU up
You are not our customer, and you still have rights here. If your number was looked up, or you were sent a consent text:
- Reply STOP to the text and we never message that number again.
- Ask us to suppress your number from results: do-not-sell and suppression.
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it: contact us.
We never share anyone's location unless they tap to allow it on their own device, and we tell them who asked before they decide.
Where the data comes from
Carrier and risk data from IPQualityScore. Owner records from licensed data suppliers. We do not scrape, and we use each source only within its licence.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers that make the product work: our payment processor, our email provider, our SMS provider, our data suppliers, our hosting, Cloudflare, and Google Analytics. They act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. In the UK and EU that is UK GDPR and GDPR; in California the CCPA and CPRA; in Australia and New Zealand the Privacy Acts. We do not charge for this, and we do not make you create an account to ask.
Contact us. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
International transfers
We are a US company, so if you are in the UK or EU your data is transferred to the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our suppliers where required.

A session cookie when you sign in, and Google Analytics for attribution. We set no advertising cookies of our own.
