Refund Policy
1. Ask and we refund
Email
and say you want a refund. You do not need a
reason, and we will not ask you for one.
We would rather give your money back than have you fight your bank for it. That is not a courtesy, it is the whole policy, and everything below is just detail.
2. What you can get back
- The initial charge, in full.
- A renewal you did not expect, in full. We email you before every charge, but if one still surprised you, that is a refund and not an argument.
- A partial period is not usually refunded once you have used the service in it. Ask anyway if you think your case is different.
3. How long it takes
- We action refund requests within one business day.
- Your bank then takes its own time, typically 5 to 10 business days, which is outside our control.
- The money goes back to the card you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
4. Refunding is not cancelling
A refund returns money you already paid. Cancelling stops future charges. They are separate actions and you can ask for either or both.
To stop future charges, use cancel. It takes one click, needs no login, and works immediately. See the billing terms for how renewals work.
5. Recognising the charge
On your statement the charge appears as MYPHONE-CHECK. If you are
looking at a charge you do not recognise, start here: you can
find it with your email address and the last four digits of the card, without signing
in, and stop it or ask for it back on the same page.
6. Chargebacks
You have the right to dispute a charge with your bank, and nothing here removes it. We would simply rather you asked us first, because we can refund you in a day and a dispute takes your bank weeks.
7. Contact
— refunds, cancellations, and anything about a
charge. A real person reads it.
