What you pay, and when
- A one-time fee today. That unlocks your first full report and starts a 48h trial.
- Then a recurring charge when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.
- Billed every 3 months, until you cancel.
We bill quarterly, not monthly. We say that plainly because the smaller monthly number is the tempting one to put on a button, and it isn't the one we charge.
The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you enter any card details.
What you get for it
- Unlimited full reports for as long as the plan is active.
- Fair use: 50 reports a day, resetting at midnight UTC.
- Re-reading a report you already have never counts, and never expires while the plan is active.
- We only charge for a report when we have the owner's name. No name on file means no sale, and the carrier and scam-risk data stay free.
We publish that daily number rather than saying "unlimited" and quietly throttling the people who use it most. It exists so one account can't be turned into a scraper, it is far above what anyone checking their own calls will reach, and if you hit it we say so and it resets. A limit you can read is a limit you can plan around.
Before the trial converts
We email you about a day before we charge you, with the date, the amount and a one-click cancel. It costs us conversions. We do it anyway, because the alternative is a business model that depends on you forgetting, and that is the thing we are trying not to be.
On your statement
It appears as MY-PHONE-CHECK, from Ashgate Media LLC. If you ever see that and don't recognise it, this page will cancel it with your email and the last four digits of your card. No account needed.
Cancelling

Refunds
Ask and we refund. Contact us. We would rather give your money back than have you fight your bank for it.

No surprises
The amount you agree to at checkout is exactly the amount on your statement. We add nothing on top, and we never change it without telling you first.
Changes
If we ever change the price, we tell you before we charge it, and you can cancel first. See the terms.
